- Payment information (processed by Square; we do not store your full credit card number)

- Usage data (pages visited, features used, timestamps)

We use the information we collect to:

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database platform with enterprise-grade security. We implement row-level security policies to ensure that you can only access your own data.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and encryption at rest for stored data. While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect or process your data:
- Supabase: Database hosting and authentication. Subject to the Supabase Privacy Policy.
- Square: Payment processing. Subject to the Square Privacy Policy. Square is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
- Anthropic: AI services for letter generation. Account information you provide may be processed by Anthropic's API to generate dispute letters. Subject to the Anthropic Privacy Policy.
- Vercel: Hosting platform. Subject to the Vercel Privacy Policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information and dispute data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Opt out of marketing communications
