About ScoreWipe
Our Mission
ScoreWipe exists to make credit report accuracy accessible to everyone. The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) gives every consumer the right to dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information on their credit reports — but exercising those rights can be confusing and time-consuming.
We built ScoreWipe to bridge that gap. Our platform uses AI to generate professionally written dispute letters that cite the specific FCRA sections relevant to your situation, track your disputes through the process, and help you meet every deadline.
What We Do
ScoreWipe is a document generation and credit report management tool. We help you:
- Organize and track accounts from your credit reports
- Generate dispute letters based on FCRA Sections 609, 611, 623, and 605B
- Track the status and deadlines of every dispute you file
- Draft CFPB complaints and method-of-verification requests
- Export professional PDF letters ready to send via certified mail
What We Are Not
ScoreWipe is not a credit repair organization as defined under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679. We do not guarantee the removal of any items from your credit report. We do not provide legal advice.
The dispute letters generated by ScoreWipe are based on your rights under the FCRA and are provided as a self-help tool. For legal advice, please consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
Your Rights Under the FCRA
The Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681) is a federal law that promotes the accuracy, fairness, and privacy of consumer information in the files of consumer reporting agencies. Key rights include:
- Section 609: The right to request disclosure of all information in your consumer file
- Section 611: The right to dispute inaccurate information, with bureaus required to investigate within 30 days
- Section 623: The right to dispute directly with data furnishers
- Section 605B: The right to block information resulting from identity theft
ScoreWipe is designed to help you exercise rights you already have under federal law. We provide the tools; you make the decisions about your credit report.
