Billing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Both Pro and Pro+ plans include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be charged.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. If you upgrade, you will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Square, our payment processor. We do not store your card details on our servers.
What happens if I cancel?
You will retain access to your plan features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan. Your data and accounts will not be deleted.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are unsatisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund. After 30 days, we do not offer partial refunds, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
